Pre-Move Survey
For larger moves, a field officer visits the customer’s location to: Assess the volume and type of items, Identify packing materials required, Plan manpower and vehicle needs, Understand client preferences and timelines.
Transportation
The goods are transported from the origin to the destination. For long-distance or intercity moves, companies provide: Real-time tracking, Estimated delivery updates, Insurance for loss or damage (if opted)
Unloading and Unpacking
At the destination: The team unloads all items, Unpacks major goods (if requested), Reassembles furniture and appliances, Places items as per customer instructions
